    早餐之清蒸大闸蟹

       提早了半个小时起来,就是要把那几只奄奄一息的大闸蟹处理掉.
       这几只还算颜色鲜明,轮廓明朗,腿上刚毛密挺,背青紫,肚白,足丰身厚的,眼睛灵动,口波波的冒泡的标准仔仔.但经昨天那么一刷洗,一冻,有点灰头土脸懒洋洋了咯.
       切一条大葱,姜片,一碗半醋,倒瓶啤酒入水,放上蒸格,猛火.5分钟之后,为防蟹黄从屁股流出,翻成背面朝下,再15分钟~
     
       啧啧啧,大闸蟹出锅了.可原味可蘸料吃之.
       上海人吃时用一配套工具,吃后可将骨胳还原,所谓"文"食:可我就只会只能粗暴的风卷残云式了~
